Guarantee your delivery of freshly baked Seeded Country sourdough bread delivered to your door every week for the next month! This listing is for a total of 4 loaves, delivered every Wednesday for 4 weeks, beginning on Wednesday 20th November.
Available in HD6 postcodes only. This is for 4 weeks only, this subscription ends once you have received your 4 loaves, and is not a rolling/recurring one. I understand that it's difficult to know what your plans may be 4 weeks in advance so if you end up being away or out for 1 week of your subscription, don't worry it's no problem - message me and I'll deliver that loaf on a different day instead!
This is my Seeded Country Sourdough Loaf (launched November 2020). Made from my own blend of organic wheat, whole wheat, malted barley & rye flours of the highest quality, there's so much flavour in this rounded rustic loaf with its dark flavoursome crust! This is a part white, part whole wheat loaf, with a very small scattering of seeds (they're there for flavour rather than crunch on this occasion - combined with this blend of flours they impart such a wonderful flavour throughout the bread!) Approximately 650g.
Best eaten on day of purchase (but also enjoyable on the following day due to the long fermentation!) This bread freezes very well. Simply wrap well in cling film or seal in a freezer bag and freeze on day of purchase. Allow to defrost IN the bag or cling film for approx 4 hours at room temperature or until completely defrosted & enjoy!
Ingredients: Wheat flour, barley flour, rye four, sunflower seeds, linseed, pumpkin seeds, malted wheat flakes, barley flakes, millet seeds, oats, filtered water, salt. Dusted with Rice flour or Rye Flour.
Semolina may be used to dust trays/tins, and small traces of vegetable/rapeseed oil used to line trays/tins.
