WEDNESDAY SPECIAL: Bakehouse72 Gingerbread x 4 Pieces (HD6 Only)

A returning firm favourite of Bakehouse72 customers, it's gingerbread but not as you know it! It's inspired by the traditional 19th Century way of making gingerbread! With a crumbly (almost shortbread-like texture) on top, this gingerbread has a gorgeous fiery flavour and a soft crumb underneath! 

This is for 4 pieces of gingerbread.

Keep in a sealed container. Best eaten on day of purchase (but also enjoyable over the following 5 days, providing the gingerbread is kept in a sealed container)

This is suitable for vegans.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, vegan butter [contains water, plant oils, salt, plant based emulsifier, vinegar, natural flavourings, vitamin A], ginger, nutmeg, salt

Semolina may be used to dust trays/tins, and small traces of vegetable/rapeseed oil used to line trays/tins.

Best eaten on day of purchase, but this bread freezes very well! Simply wrap well in cling film or seal in a freezer bag and freeze on day of purchase. Allow to defrost IN the bag or cling film for 4-5 hours at room temperature (or until completely defrosted).
