SATURDAY SPECIAL: 4 x Sicilian Lemon Iced Buns (HD2 & HD3)

One of this week's special is my Iced Sicilian Lemon Buns! A deliciously light and sweet lemony treat! Made using an enriched dough from the finest organic Shipton Mill flour, this lemon bun has a beautiful soft texture and is glazed with a gorgeous sweet lemon topping! A delicious afternoon treat (or ideal for an indulgent weekend breakfast!) 

Ingredients: Wheat flour, filtered water, vegan butter [contains water, plant oils, salt, plant based emulsifier, vinegar, natural flavourings, vitamin A], almond milk, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, lemon oil, icing sugar, salt, yeast

Semolina may be used to dust trays/tins, and small traces of vegetable/rapeseed oil used to line trays/tins.

Best eaten on day of purchase, but also very enjoyable the following day!
